Better Business Bureau

The Better Business Bureau of New Mexico maintains a statewide program designed to resolve disputes between a consumer and a business if the claim is for $7,500 or less. Volunteer attorneys and mediators hear cases free if the BBB cannot reach a reasonable agreement between the parties at a first hearing.

Child Support Enforcement

The New Mexico Child Support Enforcement Division (CSED) assists parents in obtaining and enforcing court ordered child support payments. CSED has a website where a person can download an application to begin the process of seeking child support, find the child support guidelines as well as seek answers to any questions they might have about CSED or the process of seeking child support.
