 WELCOME TO JURY DUTY!

If you haven’t done so already, please complete the online Jury Duty Qualification and Questionnaire form as soon as possible. This information is provided on your summons. If you don’t have access to the internet through a smart phone, tablet or computer, you may come to District Court during normal business hours to use the public kiosk computer. The clerks cannot assist in completing the form.

You will need to know your Juror Sequence number which is located on your summons.

When reporting, please bring only your jury summons and something to write with. You will be instructed to take all other personal items back to your vehicle.

PER NM SUPREME COURT ORDER, COVID restrictions are in place and masks are required at all times on Court premises. Please practice social distancing.

FOR THE WEEK OF MAY 23-27, 2022:

Juror sequence numbers 1-435 are required to report on Wednesday, May 25, 2022 at 8:00AM for Jury Duty in front of Judge Amanda Sanchez Villalobos.  Please check the Jury Duty Update on Tuesday, May 24, 2022 after 5pm to hear any updates.

Juror sequence numbers 436-800 are not required to appear at all during this week at this time.

GRAND JURY: May 27, 2022 at 9:00 AM Only permanent grand jurors that were sworn in at orientation need to appear. Please check the Jury Duty Update on Thursday, May 26, 2022 after 5pm to hear any updates.

FOR THE WEEK OF MAY 30-JUNE 3, 2022:

No jurors are required to report during this week at this time.

FOR THE WEEK OF JUNE 6-10, 2022:

No jurors are required to report during this week at this time.

All groups are asked to check the Jury Duty Update every Friday after 5pm as well as the night before your scheduled appearance date (after 5pm) to hear any updates.

In case of inclement weather:

Please tune in to your local television stations for delay or closure information for the Cibola County District Court. If there is a delay, please report when the Court opens if you are instructed to report on that date.

If you are coming from an area that is experiencing dangerous weather or road conditions, please use your best judgment and notify the Court if you are unable to safely make the trip if you are scheduled to report on that date. Your safety is our priority!
