How often will I have to check in at pretrial services? Pretrial Service uses a risk assessment tool to determine how often you must report.  During your orientation, you will be given information on how often you will be required to report in. It can range from two times a week to once a month. The Judge can always add additional requirements.

- How soon do I have to check in after being released by the judge?  If you have just been released and have been put on pretrial, you are required to report to the pretrial services office for new client orientation.  You must complete orientation the week you are released from detention. It is a violation if you fail to report for orientation and do not call the pretrial office to reschedule.  If you violate, a hearing will be requested to determine whether or not a remand to custody will be ordered by a judge. - When is pretrial orientation? How long will it take?  Pre-Trial Orientation is every Tuesday and Thursday at 1:15 P.M. The whole process takes about 60 minutes.  PTS will tell you how often you will be required to report in. It can range from two times a week to once a month. The Judge can always add additional requirements.

- When will I be released from pretrial services?  The judge is the only one able to grant release from pretrial before your case reaches a disposition.
